Contact us at workwithus@kufiya.org. We’re looking for a hands-on, analytical, and creative Ecommerce Optimisation & Growth Manager to help take Kufiya.org - the official online store for Hirbawi, the last kufiya factory in Palestine - to the next level.

This is a chance to own and drive growth for a store that is more than just ecommerce: every sale helps preserve Palestinian heritage, create jobs, and support artisans. If you enjoy testing ideas, improving customer journeys, and turning data into growth, this role is for you.

In this remote-based role, you will act as both an ecommerce strategist and project manager ensuring that Kufiya.org operates seamlessly, scales effectively, and delivers measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

Ecommerce Optimisation & Conversion

  • Analyse customer journeys, site usability, and conversion funnels to identify growth opportunities.
  • Implement A/B testing, CRO strategies, and UX improvements to maximise conversion rates and revenue.
  • Collaborate with developers and designers to ensure changes are effectively executed.

Project Management & Store Development

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for store updates and development projects.
  • Manage timelines, priorities, and deliverables for all ecommerce initiatives.
  • Oversee integrations with tools, apps, and third-party services to enhance store functionality.

Growth & Marketing

  • Plan and launch email campaigns and automated flows using Klaviyo that keep customers engaged and coming back.
  • Support and execute campaigns around restocks, product launches, and seasonal moments.
  • Expand our reach through Google Shopping, SEO, and new opportunities like GEO.
  • Collaborate on high profile influencer and partnership campaigns that spread the Hirbawi story.

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Track and report on key ecommerce KPIs, including conversion rate, AOV, traffic sources, and retention.
  • Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Build reports and share findings to the team with clear improvement roadmaps.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Proven experience in ecommerce management, CRO, and digital marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in data interpretation and reporting.
  • Comfortable with Shopify (or other ecommerce platforms). 
  • Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo).
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Someone who enjoys taking initiative and seeing the impact of their work.
  • Awareness of Hirbawi’s story and a passion for why Palestine-made products matter.
