Pre-Ordering Kufiyas:
We announce pre-orders for our Kufiyas as soon as a new batch is produced in Palestine. Notifications are sent via email and shared on our social media channels. Due to the high demand, it might take a few production cycles before your opportunity to pre-order arises. Your patience and interest are deeply appreciated. Order Shipment Status:
Orders up to number 119680 have been shipped as of November 23, 2023. Orders after 119680 are en route to Germany and shipping will commence in early December as promised.

Changing Your Ordered Kufiya:
Due to our current stock being sold out, changing your pre-ordered Kufiya design isn’t possible at the moment.

Updating Shipping Address:
If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation, email us with your order number and new address. We’ll try our best to update it.

Combining Different Designs in Pre-Orders:
We cannot combine different designs in one pre-order due to varying arrival times. You can, however, order multiple quantities of the same design.
